i dont what to say when i saw people overthere..
outside there..
where else, whatever they had to doin' thier way..
sometimes I thought it's difficult to stay away from any intruder..
oh pleaseeeee..
i dont want anybody elese outside know me...
but i thought .. it's alway n be always seems like wanna be near me..

How to stay Young

TODAY'S INSPIRATION

1. Throw out nonessential numbers.
This includes age, weight, and height.
Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.

2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down.
(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)

3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever.
Never let the brain get idle.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with him or her!

7. Surround yourself with what you love:
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips.
Take a trip to the mall, even to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

And if you don't send this to your favorite people - who cares?

Tijah budak kampung, tapi bekerja di Kuala Lumpur.

Biasalah bila sudah duduk "town", mula lupa asal usul. Pakaian seksi maut, bercinta pula dgn lelaki mat saleh. Ke hulu ke hilir menayang
boyfriendnya yg bermata biru.

Punyalah eksyen si Tijah, hinggalah suatu hari dia ternampak lelaki Inggeris tadi dgn wanita lain yg lebih cantik dan bergaya daripadanya.
Tijah menangis tiga hari tiga malam. Pada malam ke empat, Tijah mengambil sehelai kertas dan menulis surat untuk memutuskan
perhubungannya dgn lelaki mat saleh tadi yg baru sebulan dikenalinya.

Begini bunyi surat yg ditulis oleh Tijah binti Kulup Kecil, yg berjaya "dicuri" ...

Hati-Hati Beli SAUCE PREGGO

Assalamualaikum kawan-kawan,

Saya ingin memesan kepada anda andainya anda membeli sauce tomato yang digunakan untuk memasak spaghetti mestilah berhati-hati.
Semalam, setelah memasak nasi, udang goreng dan etc. Anak saya nak makan mee speghetti. Memandangkan bahan-bahannya semua cukup, saya pun masakkanlah. Bila speghetti dah selesai dimasak, anak saya Kamal pun bertanya, umi daging kecil yang masin sedikit itu daging apa?.

Si abang Salim pun jawab rasanya macam keju balls, dikunyah rasa asin-asin. Anak saya Kamal makan sampai dua pinggan, sedap sangat
spegetti Ummi masak dan kebetulan pula memang favouritenya, saya cuma makan sepinggan kecil sekadar nak rasa. Setahu saya sauce speghetti biasanya tomato

dan kadang-kala ada mushrooms tetapi yang ini lain sedikit. Saya pun bergegas ke dapur, pergi lihat botol sauce yang diberi nama Italian Sausage for
Speghetti keluaran PREGGO made in USA. Ligat mata baca label pada botol, hati dah tak sedap, tekak rasa mual macam orang hamil.

Tiba-tiba terlihat INGREDIENTS: tomato, bla-bla, bla-bla..... .. pork minced meat!.

Astaghfirullaahal aziim....... ........ saya masak speghetti dan saucenya mengandungi babi. Yang dah termakan babi semuanya terperanjat!.

Yang nak diet anak perempuan Maryam dan adik lelaki Muhammad terselamat kerana mereka makan nasi. Kuah sauce spegetti dengan kualinya sekali saya buang.
Yang tertelan spegetti babi terludah-ludah kesal tak sudah. Semoga Allah ampun dosa kerana alpa untuk membaca ingredients sebelum membeli. Saya kira sauce tomato manalah ada taruh daging babi........ ........ kata orang tua-tua mimpi makan daging babi nak dapat REZEKI tapi kalau makan bukan dalam mimpi apa nak
jadi?. 40 hari doa tidak dikabulkan Allah andainya makan benda-benda haram. ASTAGHFIRULLAAHAL AZIIM.

Siapa-siapa ada air zam zam mintalah sedikit, saya nak bersihkan perut yang termakan babi......tolonglah sampai sekarang rasa jijik dan mual. Tobat
nak masak spegetti lagi.

7. Use both sides of the paper. And make sure to recycle it after. You not only lessen your wastes but you also help stop the unnecessary cutting of more trees.

8. Turn off shower when soaping. And make sure to avoid long and frequent showers. Showering three times a day not only uses precious fresh water, but also creates more waste water that goes into our rivers and lakes. It dries your skin too.

9. Never burn anything. Burned resources are lost forever. Burning also releases harmful substances into the atmosphere. Reduce and reuse always. Compost and recycle what you can.
